Pros
Free food, fun events, and a few great people (if you're lucky enough to find them). Salary is medium, benefits are medium.
Cons
Definitely a relationship-based workplace, as mentioned in a previous review. Many decisions on director and middle-management levels are made based on whether or not they like you, or whether or not you said something they maybe didn't like so much in the past. This has created an environment of fear and mistrust, and teams are suffering for it. People are let go often; they're like disappearing ghosts. The reason given is always "performance issues." However, many of the people who are let go have a reputation among their teams as high performers, so this also adds to the rumor mill and the fear on teams. Especially since low performers are never addressed. It's like WebPT is quick to fire assertive personalities who are go-getters and honest, and they are slow to fire low performers who are basically dead weight to the rest of the team (who often cause more problems than they solve). I do my job well and I get my tasks done, but I never take any employee surveys sent through the company or give my honest opinion, because I am terrified of losing my job.
