Great environment. Co-workers are great. Great insurance coverage

Cons

Don’t apply. They are laying teams off left and right and sending the work to India. Top leaders keep quitting.

The tale of two companies

Pros

When I first started, it was the best sales job in Arizona. A highly motivated sales team with servant leadership and happy customers. A culture of excellence, sales people who exceeded quota - 19 out of 20 in 2019 and a tenured team that understood the nuisances of this specific customer.

Cons

The new CRO has a very different philosophy. He makes changes without regard to the team and the sales manager and sales director don't even know what is going on or why it's happening. When questions are asked, no one has any answers.

Being that you worked with the company for a period of 5-7 years, you saw the organization through many phases of change. Our newest leaders are looking ahead to the future to evaluate processes and workflows, including those that affect both our Members and our WebPTers. We are committed to providing transparency across the organization and provide quarterly updates from our CEO and CFO during companywide Standups.

Pros

One of the best things about WebPT are the people you get to work beside everyday. They make the company run. Smart, talented, and dedicated. I enjoyed the majority of my 3+ years with the company. It allowed me to grow my skill set, and learn a new way of doing business.

Cons

The Culture is not what it seems. I am reminded of the "lipstick on a pig" analogy. It looks great as long as you don't look to closely. I wanted this place to be my career, but i learned It would just be a stepping stone to better pay and opportunities. Many reviews have mentioned Leadership being clueless, I think hits the nail on the head. The company seems more focused on their image than they are the product they produce. Favorites are played, especially with remote employees and how they chose them. No communication with employees, empty promises on wage increases, inconsistent wages across teams, and 3rd tier benefits at best.
