The people are a joy to work with, but I still cannot believe how long some of them had been there. They were far too talented to be at a place like that.

I wasn't going to leave a review but after hearing about recent events and seeing posts on LinkedIn, I feel it's my duty. The CEO doesn't listen to anyone, especially females. He would usually get his phone out and hold it visibly close to his webcam when female salespeople started talking during meetings. This even happened when he asked you a direct question. Honestly, he is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. It was the first time in my life I felt total dread about the following day of work, which was caused by absolute non-sensical KPIs, which seemingly conflicted with one another, and having to have a daily call with the CEO about what we weren't doing good enough in his eyes. When concerns were raised, instead of changing anything the CEO and SLT just blamed other members of the team.
