Pros

The fellow coworkers are really amazing. Weebly does a great job hiring entry level employees. Lunches were great. Such positive and supporting coworkers

Cons

It's a bummer because this really could be a great place. Had such high hopes, only to be disappointed. Management needs to get it together and treat people right. Never been more disappointed in a work place than weebly. Things need to change. Big difference between the two offices

There aren't any cons. Weebly is a great company and employees enjoy working there.

Pros

- Engineer friendly culture. - Close knit team; everyone contributes something special. The team really takes care of each other. Day to day, you feel like you would among close friends (most really are!). - You'll likely contribute something important to the product in your first couple weeks. - Lots of interesting technical challenges. - Productivity centric attitude. Hours and time commitment are flexible so long as you get the job done. - Work/life balance. - Flat organizational structure. - The new years party is epic.

Cons

You may not like it if you require a lot direction and/or micromanagement. The product team is hands off and trusts you to make the magic happen after initially steering you in the right direction.
