I don’t think there is pros.

Cons

More and more benefit decrease. 16 parental leave -> 4weeks only for father. Leadership is getting worse and worse. Manager doesn't even take care of a team well

I was disillusioned into thinking this company cared about its staff, but after a few months it was clear that is not true.

Cons

The hiring director presented an atmosphere that did not match reality. After a brief onboarding I was essentially ignored and had work blindly put into my backlog only to find my team mates quitting and being let go on a bi weekly basis and exxacerbating the already unsustainable problems. Management is nowhere to be found. If I could offer any advice it’s to contact multiple sources at this and any company before accepting their offer. It may be loaded.
