Good benefits. Insurance and PTO's are decent.

Cons

After the company expanded its employee base by turning Remote a lot of talent outside CA has been hired and changing the bay area culture and being more traditional or bossy. Should verify if the leadership or direct management has good work history in tech before accepting a role. Reorgs and layoffs frequently.
