Terrible auditing process, where "close enough" is good enough for just about anything and changes get made on a whim without telling anyone; changes get made with or without data backing it No process for just about anything; operations is basically the wild west, dashboards are down half the time No vertical movement since I've been here, no one I've talked to got a promotion, no CoL raises Huge turnover rate for top talent - I've seen some of the best people leave around the one year mark Unethical in sales process, baiting clients into buying zero value products and strong-arm tactics A million different third party integrations with zero documentation where it's impossible to track anything Borderline politically anarchistic company, don't ever mention anything that disagrees with the status quo unless you want to get shunned; very judgmental crowd Zero professionalism at all - basketball shorts and flip flops, coming to work high, flinging curse words and insults to your peers - very hard to take Weedmaps seriously

Product department gets cleaned out every year. The product department is like Game of Thones. I saw the department get cleaned out 4-5 times during my tenure. lol what a joke Reorgs every 6 months were normal. No stability other than engineering. Make sure you negotiate a good base salary. Bonuses are non existent other than sales dept and stock grants are fantasy bullsheet and will never materialize.
