The Weedmaps CEO has to be the biggest piece of human garbage in corporate America. Absolutely no regard for the health and welfare of his employees, continues to pile on responsibility while taking away perks. Two attractive things of the company was maternity leave and “Re-Up Fridays,” where we had one Friday off each month. He took away our maternity leave and Re-Up Fridays, and when asked why- you will not believe the audacity of this guy: He says, (paraphrasing) “When I found out about that I cancelled it right away. You can come in the office on Saturdays and work with me, and if you need to be coddled you can find somewhere else to work.” It’s recorded, and if I can find a way to post it I most certainly will. What. A. Jerk. And oh by the way, this piece of work drives a Bentley that we all bust our backs to pay for him to drive. So yeah, if I made that kind of money I’d be coming in on Saturdays too. Speaking with my peers, probably 90% of them are interviewing for other jobs, simply because the leadership is toxic. Stay away from this company at all costs.

With very few exceptions, management and execs don't communicate their goals well or understand what it takes to accomplish them. As a result, every meeting seems exactly like the one before it, nothing really gets accomplished. Say goodbye to work/life balance, expect to stay 11+ hours at the office and work some weekends because your boss cant figure out his/her job.
