Not any pros that I can think of.

Cons

Management needs to all be fired!! They protect all the bad employees, which causes the good ones to leave. You are penalized for caring for patients.

Good PTO and stable job.

Cons

They sell you this dream that it is easy to transfer from dept, but the HR dept seems to only hire people they now. All upper management get paid soo much and can work from home, meanwhile we are stuck at the health centers even when no one is here. They add work to your many job duties with out a pay increase. They also expect you to utilize you for your additional language (if any) so that way the company doesn’t spend money on interpretation services ( add no compensation for you using your language ).
