The only pros are that the benefits include medical, dental, 401k, and life insurance. The coverage isn't that great, but it's something.

Cons

There is a lack of opportunity for advancement, low pay, the place is understaffed, and there are no raises offered. I would not recommend working here.

The patients there are really great! Dr. Jackson is an awesome doctor to work under. She really cares about her patients.

Cons

The employer is awful. They don't care about there employees at all. They are liars and cheats and could care less about what I takes to keep there employees happy so that the patients stay happy.
