Cons
Organization does not provide adequate healthcare services. Patients with life threatening diagnoses wait months for necessary referrals exceeding the legal timeframe of when referrals should be processed. Patients and Providers wait an average of 15-20 minutes to schedule appointments which are usually 30 days or more out. Morale is poor. Most of the management are unqualified and selected based on their willingness to bend the rules and carry out unethical practices to generate numbers. Unfortunately this is an organization where the patients, clients, and employees all don’t want to be there and if they had other options they wouldn’t choose Wellspace Health as an employer or their medical provider.
