Cons

No cons in my day-to-day job but some departments have high employee turnover rate though it has not impacted my department. Cons also will likely be department specific.

A place I can see myself retiring.

I enjoy working for a job where I am not micromanaged, My department works well together. I have a supervisor who cares. We are given yearly incentives.

Cons

8 hour days are not always a requirement.
