Pros

The Mission: to provide mental healthcare and substance abuse treatment programs, and ensure access to all who need it. Dedicated colleagues Trusted executive team Innovative programs and willingness to grow and fill gaps in mental heatlhcare

Cons

Pay isn't the greatest, but we are a nonprofit organization that has not always had the best support and cultural environment. That has been improving consistently since I've been here and upper management is working hard to better compensate employees (it won't happen overnight with 400-plus employees) and create more opportunities for engagement.
