Pros

I enjoyed my co-workers and lead therapist I had a little bit of a flex schedule where I could occasionally leave early on Fridays

Cons

The pay is not good at all. Some of the leaders struggled with being good leaders

Hands on experience fresh out of Grad School

Cons

Under Market Pay Poor Work Culture Company puts very little effort into their employees. Employee's don't feel valued. Especially working during a pandemic. Minimal protocol put in place during high COVID-19 numbers in the area. Work Life Balance is non existent.
