Pros

Some of the supervisors are really great. Some good people work there.

Cons

The pay is terrible. I mean really terrible! In fact, the pay is so bad some positions have been open for a year or more. You could make more at McDonald’s. HR doesn’t seem to want to help you. Insurance isn’t bad.

Lack of authenticity from higher superiors

Direct supervisors were supportive until they resigned.

Cons

You could truly tell the less active the supervisors and managers were within client services, the less concern, compassion, and authenticity they had. It truly felt like the clients were numbers, the staff was numbers, and unless you made a certain quote of billable hours then the bosses just did not give a care about you.
