I love all the staff! You get to watch people grow when you have seen them at some of their lowest times.

Cons

You get very close to the patients and of course you are happy to see them better and getting to go to a group home or to their families but a part of you will feel sad but you will get use to the way things flow, and learn how to just feel nothing but happiness for them!
