Pros

Great benefits, great coworkers, great experience to get with Medicaid clients. Sometimes one time bonuses like COVID. Free food and tshirts sometimes.

Cons

Clinical staff not appreciated, raises not given without promotions, turnover rate very high in lots of areas.. Not designed to be a place for staff to stay long term.

Great company for building clinical skills for social workers

Pros

If you're a social worker and you need a place to begin your clinical social work career, Wellstone is the best agency to started. Whether you work at the. regular Wellstone building or the Nova Center, there are a lot of opportunities to grow as a clinical and build your therapy skills.

Cons

Doesn't pay very well but a great resume builder.
