Fair pay, non-toxic work culture for the most part, beautiful facility, great patients, prioritizes work-life balance.

Cons

Sometimes I don't get my hours and have to dip into my PTO to fill in the deficits in my paycheck. The facility is expanding (new construction) so I expect this to improve. Would also love to see an improvement in maternity leave benefits. 4 weeks is pathetic for a healthcare company considering you aren't even fully healed at that point.

Pros

12 hour shifts, 3 days a week. Plenty of opportunity to work a second job (which most people do) or schedule a decent break which you will definitely need!

Cons

Management lacks compassion for not only the employees but the patients as well. It’s very obvious their goals are about quantity rather than quality and they don’t care to listen to the assessors who are actually working at the hospitals to get a real sense of what is going. And despite when the majority complain and management gets a bad review, they basically tell you it’s not their problem and that you can leave which people have already done! How’s that for a morale boost?! We are constantly short staffed and it didn’t use to always be that way. Now they can barely get people to stay here.
