      benefits are great with this company. there is nothing else positive to say about wellstar.

      Cons

      work environment is very toxic and has a micromanaging style. it's very unhealthy and not a recommendation

      Pros

      Easy hiring process. You get a lot of free Wellstar paraphernalia. Offers tuition assistance. Great food selection.

      Cons

      Discrimination against non white patients and workers. Bullying and write up tactics to disqualify you from receiving tuition assistance. No promotion opportunities unless you are a registered nurse.

      Job security and benefits are good

      Cons

      Zero opportunity to progress in the company. Consistently denied for transfers that I was qualified for and they were given to employees with no experience, Soon learned this was a common issue for at least 3 other employees. Approached management about school/work-life in private and it was discussed with other employees to the point where another coworker approached me about it. Everyone is there for themselves, it seems and rules vary depending on how close you are to management.
