      Self scheduling, User friendly charting system- Epic, Coworkers are helpful, staff works together well; 24 hour transport for patients

      Cons

      High turn over, nurses can get up to 7-8 patients- even when charge nurse takes a team, many unsafe practices, insurance coverage isn’t great, orientation process could be better for new nurses; phlebotomy is really understaffed- always pulls labs hours late- even troponins if you need labs in timely manner then you will be drawing your own labs...

      Great coworkers, many women in leadership positions

      Cons

      Toxic culture, employees are not valued, lack of communication, siloed structure. People who have been with the company for years suddenly disappear and you never know if they were fired, retired or what happened. No opportunity to grow.
