The hospitals and the corporate system are often divided because the corporate system forces initiatives that they assume are one size fits all onto hospital structures... I.e they assume they know better than the people working on the front line and rarely consider the opinions of the front line personnel. The benefits package when broken down is fluf. They are out of touch with what their people really prefer to be a benefit. Non-profit wages are always much too low and the sentiment is the same with this Corp.

Poor pay, staff has horrible attitudes, patients usually are complaining and unhappy, Management seems to usually not know things they should to run their department.
