      Pros

      Great people to work with including the clinical staff. Our Office Manager was an excellent leader. Teamwork and support, not much drama.

      Cons

      Not a lot of training, lots of system changes. Isolated from other areas of WellStar. Not sure what career options were.

      Pros

      Large system with various opportunities to work in different areas, If your needs change you can transfer to another area with different requirements while still working for the same company.

      Cons

      Some of the units/offices are very political and require you to know the right person for advancement. It has become more about who you know and that is very different from the environment I started working in at Wellstar.
