Managers don't listen. I asked to help create a plan for me to hit a certain salary amount and was basically told we'll review it at your annual review. Wasn't until I had another job offer in hand, they said they were willing to match it. Overall nothing terrible just wasn't a good fit for me.

Salaries are way below the market. Annual raises do not even match the increased cost of living year over year Women not only make less here than their male counterparts but there are very few female leaders within the company.
