Corporate culture is very good. Generally a non-toxic work environment. New owners are interested in reducing the company's environmental impact as a company, as well as with our products

Cons

No longer Employee Owned, and new management does not value current employees. Pay does not keep pace with industry standards.

There is not typically a culture of nerfing to work 40+ Generally management is accommodating Plenty of people to get along with

They feel disorganized at times Benefits are week. Week PTO. Absolute bare minimum number of holidays. Week bonuses

Pros

Management is nice and understanding. The work environment is relaxed as long as you do your work.

Cons

Company shares how much they make off of contracts. Usually this is more than double what you make that they charge for you to be there. Current restructuring is making things hectic. Being remote its you can feel stuck on an island at times. Have to work yourself to near death for any progression.
