-By far the number one reason is the people. The kind, hardworking, talented, and generous people that work for West Bend are unlike anywhere I have seen. You do not get a reputation for being a top workplace without having phenomenal employees and West Bend does a great job finding and retaining these extraordinary people.
-Even though we are a large organization, we have a family atmosphere where associates take care of each other and our community. It really makes you feel proud to work for a company who gives so much to so many causes.
-Communication from our senior leadership team is good. We always know how the company is doing and where we are headed.
-I truly feel valued as an employee. We celebrate our accomplishments throughout the year and I always feel like I had an impact in the company’s success.
-The amenities, of course, are great. Our campus (inside and out) is beautiful and West Bend is always asking for feedback on ways to make this an even better place to work.

Cons
There is nothing negative I can say about this company as I truly enjoy working here every day but just like people, I realize no organization is perfect. We are not going to please all the people all of the time but it is very apparent that West Bend has a strong focus on making their associates happy.
