Great working environment, flexible hours and schedules, very nice facilities and buildings, great people to work with as co-workers

Cons

Little to no advancement possibilities, little incentive to continue education and move up, can become quite clicky and segregated, little customer service training with difficult situations and conversations.

People are nice, Food is good and cost effective, facilities are nice.

Cons

Date driven with poor quality, OK to fix in production, total cost of ownership is ignored, not flexible to change, lot of hours spent fixing, willing to implement a wrong solution rather than be open minded to correctly implement.
