This is disappointing to read and I am sorry that you did not have the experience at our company that others enjoy. I am particularly worried about your comment on company culture as I spend time ensuring our company's values are important to our people as they represent our brand promise and these in turn are reflected in our culture. If there is anything specific you would like to point out, then please do not hesitate to contact me. The good news is that we have now introduced flexible working into working conditions, dependent upon the job you are doing, with extra holiday (25 days pa) and I am also delighted to say that we have redecorated the office in Theale too. Fast is the word and never boring as a result. Always and changing and unrelenting too. We have improved our benefits package recently but we strongly believe that office working is critical to the businesses success and to our team mental well-being. Family ALWAYS comes first though. Alex

I am sorry that you don't enjoy the physical work environment. I appreciate that our offices and warehouses are not 'glamorous' but every employee's well-being and health & safety is considered and you should always have the very best equipment with which to do your work! (we are the UK's largest private Tech company after all!). Please ensure you discuss any concerns with your manager - or me!. Alex
