I am sorry if you feel as though you didn't have support from senior management as I personally am always prepared to help anyone achieve their targets. Not everyone is successful though but we love those that give it a go. We are Britain's largest privately owned IT business and we absolutely lead the sector in the UK - oh yes and we are friendly! Great culture, driving your own self development with support when needed and be rewarded, excellent benefits and happy environment to work in. Understanding Westcoast Values - Team spirited, Innovative, Agile and Flexible, Brave and Unrelenting. Making sure I apply these values to my workload everyday definitely develops and my enhances organisational performance.
