I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time at Western Paper. In the warehouse, specifically, I think you'll find that we are investing in people, processes, and equipment to make the environment better for everyone involved as we continue to take care of our customers and team members. I'll never say that we are perfect, but would say that we are continuing to work on the issues you brought up, and believe that we get better and better with each passing day.
