It’s hard to know how to respond to a review like this one. What makes someone work for over a decade at a place they clearly disdain? From your described title I’m guessing you were in our warehouse, which has probably experienced most of the pain related to our sustained growth over the last few years. I know it’s not been easy, but we’re presently hiring several new warehouse project managers to make sure all of the identified needs are being addressed. I do think we’ll continue to solicit goal ideas from our employees, however. We’ve had great success in the past by incorporating employee ideas into their goal programs. We probably just need to make sure we hire people who are able to generate those goal ideas. Now, your idea of hiring hardworking people is one I’ve always believed in. In particular, we enjoy hiring employees with former military experience. So far this year we’ve hired six veterans, and we’re always looking to grow that number. I wish you would have brought up your issues before you resigned so you could have been among that number as well.
