Terrible. Cannot keep talent so they use non compete as a scare tactic to keep reps that want to leave

Reps are very good people

Cons

Leadership by fear. Poor compensation. No benefits. Threats of being fired and having non compete enforced. This forces reps to stay out of fear with NO benefits to support a family or change industry's for a year or longer.

Pros

Depends on department, you can find a great staff. Some of the managers are willing to help you, teach you and guide you to meet their goals. As a company you get great perks, have space to grow.

Cons

Even though they have space to grow, its very difficult to get a transfer. They announce that vacation is "important ans saves lives". You are only allowed to take them during low season, due that high season they will drained you till the very last drop of sweat. Not a job for everyone.
