You have a chance to work and be paid commission and also receive some benefits, and you will sometimes work with a few decent people.

Cons

They are notorious for always finding a bogus reason to short you on your checks, Nepotism is the norm there so it is not uncommon for management to be made up of inexperienced friends and family of the higher ups, even some sales trainers that could not sell? lol! "They are always hiring and always firing"
