They use a lot of technology. You have some creative leverage in your solutions to problems

Cons

you're on call Management is from the Top Down and are clueless A LOT of nepotism which means you will do what the family members suggest. Right, wrong or indifferent.

Convenient location, employee covered parking, ski passes (sometimes), competitive pay.

Cons

Corporate Management has no idea what's happening on the local level. Owner of company sends emails to all employees with his political views, including who you should vote for during election season. Health insurance premium is more expensive than I have ever paid elsewhere.

The pay scale is unlimited. There is a great deal of freedom to make your own money. Co-workers are great. Awesome enviornment.

Cons

Senior management is totally incompotnet and do not know what is going on. There is a huge amount of favortism and unfair promotions. Working outside in vegas is torturous. Managment stifles your performance
