Westgate has nice people. If you make friends with the right people then you can go a long way within Westgate.

Cons

Westgate is may not survive much longer. David Siegal is loosing money and is firing people since 2008. It is still unsafe to come work for Westgate if you are looking for longivity with this employer. And you have to pick your enemies carefully are they will get you fired.
