Toshiba and executive management they have put in place have destroyed this place. Environment is the worst it has ever been, and that is according to people who've been here for 30+ yrs. It's sad to see this company in a downward spiral. Wouldn't be surprised to see this company declare bankruptcy soon. 5 yrs straight of layoffs. This year's layoffs have been unannounced and under the radar, but hundreds have been let go, and hundreds more are scheduled to be let go before the end of the fiscal yr. Doesn't matter if you are a high performer, or if you work from home nights and weekends. No raises again this year. Environment is so bad it is severely affecting morale and productivity, and some of the most talented engineers are leaving or have already left.

In the last two years upper management has pretty much run this place into the ground trying to squeeze every cent they can out of everyone. Benefits are getting worse, no raises, no bonuses. Good people are being run out by artificially bad performance reviews.
