Pros

Good benefits and salary. Great cafeteria.

Cons

Like working for Big Brother in an environment of fear and distrust. You can be working with someone in the morning, and in the afternoon they're gone, no reason given. Management makes unfathomable decisions that undermine the company's future, working at odds with the employees that are dedicated to customers. And yet that same management will spend money on slip and trip simulators and pay a staff of trainers to teach you how not to fall, as well as a Westinghouse sign for the front of the headquarters building.

Cons

Repeated loss of benefits: employee insurance costs annually increase. They are looking to fire people.

Pros

Engineers are brilliant and great to work with.

Cons

All support staff is gone. They would rather keep senior managers and eliminate admins than eliminate one senior executive. The company is so top heavy, they will run it into the ground. There is no respect for any employees under director level.
