Pros

They offer a good salary coming in. Some people have flexible hours and 9-80s.

Cons

Raises in the past 6 years have been between poor to none. No senior leadership. Management does not assist in helping solve issues. Career Development is nonexistent. Continual layoffs with excess work placed on remaining employees. Employee to Manager ratio is too "top heavy". More and more is taken from the employees to get more ROI. I wanted to give less than one star but am forced to give a "1" as the lowest.

Pros

Obviously, there are none since I was part of the recent workforce reduction. On second thought, maybe that is a pro.

Cons

Just read the 'real' reviews that are posted here. It is so very sad that those of us who were once proud to be Westinghouse employees are now embarrassed.
