Good people outside of management and HR. Once was a good company to work for. The past 5 years th company has changed drastically

Cons

The company has taken a downward spiral. They have no moral, ethics and the culture has changed to be everyone is out for themselves. HR is not your friend. This has caused extremely talented people to leave or be forced out. Turnover is high and shall continue. Moral is the lowest it could be. The employees who haven't left are desperately looking and will.

Nothing good any more. Was once a top notch company, was a great place to work, enjoyed going to work.

Cons

Current leadership is blind to their bad leadership and unwilling to change, they say they're going to change things and nothing does, same behaviors that put company in bankruptcy is still be done now. No change just a shell game .
