Pros

Good pay. Westinghouse, unlike some other nuclear companies, is actually building plants. So there is some inherent stability in that. The office environment & culture, at least in my remote office, is very good.

Cons

Unless you work at headquarters, the assignments you get tend to be "leftovers" that nobody in PA wanted to do. Aside from salary, where they are competitive, Westinghouse tends to be very cheap. No bonuses, benefits are just OK. They even stopped having company picnics and holiday dinners.

Pros

- The cafeteria was awesome. - The people were pretty friendly. - I was able to network with people easily. - 9/80 schedule was nice.

Cons

- The work was boring, and I was underutilized. - I did not learn anything new. - There are too many managers. - Work is slow. My group has since been dissolved.
