Pros

Pay and benefits are decent, however both are going downhill.

Cons

Lots of Cronyism and Nepotism. Lots of husbands who get their spouses hired. Plenty of friends who get friends jobs. If you come from another company or another state, you will find a very hard time fitting in. And if you need help training you can forget it, people will decieve you and lie to you unless your one of the inbred people. Management wont listen to you and provide no help to progression within the company. And if you speak up of issues you will be punished by a bad performance review. To much procedures and documentation. Raises are impossible unless your one of the inbreed and know how to kiss ass.
