Pros

- Diverse projects - Great coworkers - Lots of travel opportunities if you're into that - New headquarters is a nice facility

Cons

- Too many to list, mostly the corporate culture is toxic and the policies terrible - Super cheap and you can be certain the 50th percentile is the absolute top of the pay band - Don't bother giving a two week notice, you'll be shown the door immediately and not paid - Constant threat of layoffs - Long vesting period for 401k match & pension (no longer available to new employees)

Pros

Excellent Pay... That is all I got.

Cons

This company has horrible leadership and lacks effective communications. It is bogged down by poor performers, with no means to adjust behavior. The high performers are over worked and exhausted. Managers are frequently unavailable and often lack tact. The over all problem is the management does not effectively communication suffers from a too many cooks spoil the soup kind of scenario.
