Senior management is, for the most part, a group of self-serving ego maniacs with only their best interest (such as incentive pay and executive benefits) in mind. It is clear the "general" employee population is not valued--this can be seen through mandatory overtime without compensation, lack of adequate raises (if any), reduction in benefits, "stealth" layoffs, and other unscrupulous practices. The environment is toxic and management rewards bullies. It is apparent that being a member of the "club" will land people in positions they aren't qualified for and don't deserve. These actions, combined with poor decision making at the top, have left the company in shambles.

Westinghouse is a failing company of poor management, ignorantly blind high level management and directors and unwilling to change from 1980's to modern day society. Certain high level communications managers are set in their ways and will do everything possible to make you look bad, dumb and incapable of doing your job just to make them look good if you do not agree with their outdated values. I would not recommend anyone to work here, not even my worst enemy!
