Pros

Great Coworkers that are willing to work hard even in a hostile enviroment. Short commute. Every so often the work is interesting.

Cons

Horrible mangement. CEO is a chicken wing eating slob who is out of touch with what is really important. Safety is important, I get that, but they have taken what is done at an actual plant and are forcing it on office workers. Twenty minutes of each meeting is some INPO trait. Bery good people have quit or have been fired(correct fired not laid off) but yet they have to rate someone in each group below expectation reguardless of their performance. Very demoralizing. Making us work 8 hours of casual overtime(unpaid) to improve the fincial outlook but waste money on things like a slip fall simulator--three of them to be exact at 40k a pop. They preach innovation but such funding is for everyday work projects not actually developing an innovative product.

Pros

Interesting technology, lots of smart hardworking people. Great benefits and pretty decent pay. HQ office located in the convenient place walking distance to restaurants and some retail.

Cons

In the name of the cost savings couple of layoffs have taken place. Work load remained the same, placing a greater burden on the remaining staff. As a result more people left while management placed a freeze on external hiring. At the same time more VP and Sr. VP positions have been added while "workhorses" are left to deal with 60-80 hours work week and delivering all the deadlines on time.

Pros

Free parking provided for all employees, nice office environment full of neural everything. Armed security at the front door to greet you every morning and say good bye at night.

Cons

"Big brother" HR practices such as tracking time spent in the building, printer usage, etc. stealth layoffs were an everyday occurrence, but seem to be over at least for now.
