Pros

Pay is good if you have been here for a while. Easiest job ever.

Cons

Management has no idea of the product they sell and how to service it. Company has been cut to the bare bones. Work life/home life very poor balance. I think that I may have a heart attack because this place is so frustrating. The ask for your opinions and solutions, but never do anything to correct issues.

Great pay - Horrible place to work

Pros

Money money money. Did I mention you get paid a lot of money to work there. That's about the only positive thing about working there.

Cons

They will ruin your life while you work there. In the short amount of time that I was there, I watched them take a legendary company and turn it into one of the worst places to work. They create so much stress that it affects your personal like. There is no work life balance. They will lie, cheat and make things up to push you out if they don't like you. Low level management is just a bunch of puppets regurgitating a bunch of corporate BS at the employees. They have no reason or real knowledge. They just look at you with a blank stare and only say what was pre scripted to them by their puppet master. They best thing to ever happen to me in the 5 years I was there was have my toddler of a manager lie and make up stories to get me let go. I'm so much happier now that I'm not there with that mess of a place. You couldn't pay me enough to go back. I feel bad for anyone just starting out or thinking of working there.

Pros

The engineers, first line managers, and support staff are some of the best people you will ever meet. They are creative and curious and have a genuine enthusiasm for this company and its products.

Cons

I can't overstate how toxic the relationship between regular employees and upper management has become. There have been stealth layoffs over the last 6 months where employees have been fired for absolutely trivial reasons to avoid paying severance. Then, none of those positions have been back-filled and instead mandatory unpaid overtime has been instituted for months on end with no relief in sight. People have families and lives outside of this company, the pressure is unsustainable and something will give soon if changes aren't made.
