Product is good and so is the CTO who is humble and truly cares about it
Cons
The entire company is filled with egomaniacs who don't listen to anyone. They are way in over their heads about how they are leaders in the space, whereas the truth is the product team doesn't listen to sales, sales don't listen to PS and no one ever listens to another team. Everyone thinks they know the best. The worst of all is this lead by those with very little experience and who are super afraid of those who challenge the status quo and will go to any length to prove you wrong. If you want to survive here you have to be a yes man or a robot who follows everything they say to the T and give up your free will. The management is also a bunch of stalkers who try to pry on your personal life pretending to be your friends. Stay away from this company at any cost unless you want to know how politics work.
