Good product but a lot of internal politics

Pros

The product is good and the CEOs are very knowledgeable.

Cons

There are a few people in the company whom the CEO believes blindly. So if these people are jealous of you or want to prove themselves worthy they will act as your friend asking intimate questions and then twist them and complain to the CEO showing how worthy they are that they are trying to help CEO in removing such employees.

Pros

- Dynamic work culture, very open minded people to work with - Down to earth founders - very approachable - Even though timings are specific to the job role, they are still flexible - Small but well equipped pantry to keep you in the momentum

Cons

Not that I am trying to spot one, but am yet to come across something which could give a negative impression :P
