Pros
The reasons I joined Whatfix almost a year ago - its high growth, product/market fit, founders, culture, customers and opportunity to build a company together with a great team - still hold true today. Innovation is encouraged and if you have a good idea, there's a good chance you'll be able to get the green light to pursue it. Scale fast and fail fast is the philosophy so while speed of execution is imperative, if you make a mistake it is not the end of the world, but instead considered a stepping stone. Other than this, ownership (do as you own it), results driven, and a positive and transparent work environment come to mind as key descriptors. And finally, it is refreshing that decisions are made based on adding value for customers, not just on making dollars. It is unequivocally a customer-first company driven from the top. Everyone works incredibly hard to deliver for our customers and we celebrate every wow story that results. It is great to be at a company that ‘walks the talk’.
Cons
We all work incredibly hard. If you are looking for a company where you don’t want to work very hard this wouldn’t be the right fit for you.
