Pros

Hybrid work schedule and ok benefits. New office building look nice.

Cons

Only department ever accountable is client services and that falls down to the AM’s. Account managers are not treated like account managers. Day to day consists of zero autonomy and no opportunity to actually provide strategic value for the customer. Every training, demo, product roll out, migration, is tasked to the AM to complete with the customer. This is in addition to hundreds of emails from the customer. Where is the support ? Where is the product team? The SME’s?

Pros

This company had a great reputation and still rides on that, close to public transportation, easy to get hired. No pressure to stay healthy with all the food they provide to boost morale.

Cons

The day to day environment is stressful, employees are treated with little to no respect by their management, the attitude is that everyone is replaceable. The compensation does not match the amount of work they demand and its lower than competitors. Since it is so easy to get hired the quality of work has dropped. People dont go to HR when there is a problem because HR has a reputation of not helping or changing anything.

Pros

Great Employees, although the best ones are leaving Great customers, fortune 500 Great reputation although leadership will not be able to maintain it

Cons

Cannot provide meaningful information to fleets to manage their businesses (isn't this the companies core business?, smoke and mirrors. stop firing anyone who can't produce even though they are asked to do miracles with no support) Women do not need to apply it is every MAN for themselves. Hold the President as accountable as he holds everyone else for perfromance. Stop the crock pot cook offs and do meaninful things, support employees, it is all a sham. Pay enough, there is no longeer a great culture that might support less than market pay.
