Great technology. Rapid growth. Good people. Good culture getting better. The company overall is striving to keep improving.

Cons

The usual growing pains associated with a company on the go. Some areas have been slower to get moving than others and at times that can be painful.

Cutting edge technology, great sales talent

Cons

Management fires, promotes and give raises at their whim and fancy.There is no structure or performance review in place. Performers feel demotivated & non performers are not guided or encouraged enough. Team manager has no power or authority over his team. Management would hover over his shoulder, second guessing his decisions all the time, questioning his every move , forcing him to make endless revisions.

Pros

- Working in the TRC is amazing. Learned a ton of stuff in 6 months. - Base salary is low but you get constant big bumps which gets you in line with the normal very quickly -Very sociable bunch of people, look forward to coming into work everyday - Management cares about the employees and are very friendly -

Cons

- not enough development time given to improving internal tools - extremely sales motivated, if it's not making us money it's not important.
