Amazing experience, Hands-On Learning, Young employees lead to a vibrant in office culture. Dealing with hundreds of companies daily.

Cons

The business as a whole devalues any element which is not directly revenue generating, most of the "TRC" makes less than an average fry cook. Lack of talent and drive in recent hires.
